What we collect
When you submit a service enquiry or request a Digital Readiness report, FT Vodas may collect information you provide such as your name, organisation, role, business email address, telephone number, service location, service requirements, assessment answers and assessment results.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, prepare or discuss your requested assessment report, understand your technology requirements, provide relevant follow-up and maintain an internal record of the customer conversation.
Digital Readiness Assessment
The assessment is an indicative diagnostic based on the answers you provide. It is not a technical audit, penetration test, compliance certification or formal security assessment.
How the information is stored
Submitted enquiry and assessment information is stored in FT Vodas' managed cloud systems and is accessible only through authorised administrative access. We apply reasonable technical and organisational controls intended to protect this information from unauthorised access.
Sharing
We do not sell submitted enquiry or assessment information. Information may be processed by technology service providers used to operate the FT Vodas website and internal systems, subject to their service and security arrangements.
Retention
We keep enquiry and assessment information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for customer follow-up, service delivery, record keeping and applicable legal or operational requirements.
Your choices
You may choose not to submit contact details. Where you have submitted information, you may contact FT Vodas to ask about the personal information associated with your enquiry and to request an appropriate correction or deletion, subject to any record-keeping obligations that apply.
