When you use an enquiry form or the Digital Readiness Assessment, FT Vodas may collect information you provide such as your name, organisation, role, email address, telephone number, location, service requirement, organisation size, preferred follow-up method and assessment responses.
Why we use it
We use information submitted through the website to respond to enquiries, understand requirements, provide requested assessment results or follow-up, improve the customer journey and protect the operation of the website.
Digital Readiness Assessment
The assessment is an indicative diagnostic based on information supplied by the respondent. It is not a technical audit, penetration test, compliance certification or formal security assessment.
Sharing and service providers
Information may be processed by service providers used to host the website or route authorised enquiries. Production providers and routing arrangements will be reflected in the final notice before launch. We do not present website submission data as being sold to third parties.
Retention and security
FT Vodas will retain personal information only for an appropriate period for the purpose for which it was collected and applicable business or legal requirements. Production retention periods and operational controls must be confirmed before launch.
Your choices and questions
You may contact FT Vodas about privacy questions or requests relating to information you have submitted. The production privacy contact channel will be added when confirmed.
Cookies and analytics
Any non-essential analytics or similar tracking introduced for production will be reviewed and disclosed before activation, with consent controls added where required.
